The main experience will be focused on selections of Slavic Charcuterie from different countries including cuts of Pork, Beef, Red deer, Elk, Mangalitsa and many more. Charcuterie board will be served with Focaccia from Evendine Sourdough Bakery including grapes, nuts, dried fruit and much more…
We will be serving a traditional 72% (144proof) Slavic spirit, plus a glass of Slavic “Kvass” a traditional fermented Slavic and baltic beverage commonly made from Rye bread.
We will finish the evening with Strawberry Babka with chocolate sauce a delicious sweet bread native to Slavic counties.
