Yes, you can either purchase vouchers directly from the restaurant or you can order them from our online store to be posted first class signed for (postage cost £4.50).

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return & inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement. Depending on your credit card company . We will notify when the return has been processed.

Bookings
For larger parties of 5 or more people we always recommend that you book in advance as it is unlikely that we will be able to sit larger parties on a walk in basis.

- For parties of 9 or more a credit card is needed to secure the booking. Once we have your contact information we will send a secure link to enter your card details via text or email. The booking is not confirmed until this has been completed. If your numbers go down as long as we are made aware via email by midday on the day of the reservation there is no charge, any drop outs after this point will be charged a no show fee of £5.00 a head which will be deducted from the credit card given to secure the booking. If you would like to make a booking for 9 or more people please could we have the following information:

Please note that we deal with a large number of enquiries but will always try and get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation of your request.
Please note a card number will be needed to secure a reservation of any size during peak service times at all of our restaurants. A fee of £5.00 per person will be charged for no shows.
For larger parties we normally allow a 2 hour timeframe.
Please be aware that all tables do have a turn time based on party size.
We do try and accommodate walk-ins wherever possible but we can not guarantee being able to seat anyone that hasn’t booked in advance, we will however try our best! To avoid the chance of disappointment we always advise booking in advance.
When booking for younger guests who require a highchair please include them in the total number of guests you are booking for as a highchair does take up as much space as a regular seat, we can then ensure there is enough space to accommodate all of your party. Also, please add a note to the booking stating that you would like a highchair, so this can be ready for your arrival.
If bringing very young babies who will be staying in a pram/pushchair please make a note of this using the booking requests section, we will then do our very best to allocate you a downstairs table with space for a pram.
You are able to book a table of up to 8 people over the phone. However, we do recommend that you complete the online form for a quick response.

Beefy Boys DIY Box: The DIY Box contains 6 x burger patties, 2 x beefy boys special sauce , 2 x baconaise, 2 x chipotle, 2 x pot of gherkins, 1 x pot of seasoning, 6x bacon, 6 x cheese, 6 x buns. The ingredients arrive in an insulated envelopes & packed with frozen gel packs.
ULTIMATE BAD ASS DIY BOX: The DIY kit contains 4 x burger patties, 1 x beefy boys special sauce , 2 x baconaise, 1 x chipotle, 1 x pot of gherkins, 1 x pot of seasoning, 4x bacon, 4 x cheese, 4 x buns 1 x bottle of HELLBOY sauce, 1x BEEFY BOYS TRUCKER CAP & 1 x can of BEER. The ingredients arrive in an insulated envelopes & packed with frozen gel packs.
SMALL BEEFY BOY DIY BOX: The DIY kit contains 4 x burger patties, 1 x beefy boys special sauce , 2 x baconaise, 1 x chipotle, 1 x pot of gherkins, 1 x pot of seasoning, 4x bacon, 4 x cheese, 4 x buns. The ingredients arrive in an insulated envelopes & packed with frozen gel packs.
COW BOY DIY BOX: The DIY kit contains 4 x burger patties, 4 x flat iron steak, 4 x beefy boys roast tomato & garlic mayo , 1 x pot of seasoning, 4 x cheese, 4 x buns, 4 x pots of Chimchuri. The ingredients arrive in an insulated envelopes & packed with frozen gel packs.
At present the DIY Boxes all are sent via courier on Friday to arrive Saturday. If you have a specific day you need it we can at a push get it delivered on that day, please leave your requests in the comments section (unfortunately due to the courier pick up days we cannot deliver on a Sunday or monday unless you are in a 5 mile radius of Hereford itself)
You can modify your order within reason & we will always try our best to fulfil your requests, put them in the comments section. If you need to add extra burgers or brownies we will call you to take payment on the number supplied. We can only squeeze so much stuff in one box however!
We do not recommend you use all of the seasoning that we provide in the pot. If you watch the how-to video provided you will see the amount we choose to use on our burgers but everybodies tastes are different so just season as you see fit.

The DIY Boxes are sent with fresh ingredients, designed to be eaten on the day of delivery or the day afterwards at a push.
You can freeze them if you need to but we don’t recommend it as it will affect the quality as with any fresh food.

Whilst almost everywhere can get an overnight delivery there are a few places that it is just not physically possible to get a parcel to overnight.
Most of Scotland or Isle of Wight we can get a delivery to on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday due to the way the courier postage works.
We are not notified by the courier until we place the order on the day of collection so if you intend to have a long distance delivery please allow for this & let us know in the comments as you order.
If you are having trouble with your address, give it a try from another device or search engine as it seems that certain google updates are interfering with our booking system.
