Brisket, bacon brisket, burnt ends with hot honey glaze, salt and pepper seasoned beef cheeks, maple brined turkey, Hereford hot link, mac & cheese, bbq brisket beans, peter cook brioche, maple mustard slaw, chipotle maple pickled pink onions, pickled gherkins, scrumpy mustard sauce and butty back bbq sauce.
